And the after golf? yes, WORLD RENOWNED! Royal Québec is the Oldest Golf Club in North America and is the bedrock of Golf for this continent.  The professionals who have directed here, have their own “royal lineage” starting with Jules Huot, one of the best Players in Canada at the time and inducted into the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame in 1977 and was invited by Bobby Jones personally to play The Masters 3 times!  He was professional at another very highly rated club in Montreal called “Laval-Sur-Le-Lac” and eventually made his way to the Royal Québec in 1942 and started the ball there and was replaced by his brother Rodolphe Huot when he moved to the Laval Sur Le Lac CC in 1945.  Rodolphe was there 31 years before his retirement and then his son Rodrigue went 29 years before his retirement and now his grandson Nicolas picked up the baton and has been the Head Professional there since and is going on year 14.  Talk about tradition!
